By participating in the BeVerified Free View &Test Program, I understand and agree to the following:

I understand that this is a complimentary program.

I understand that this a test version of our web based data driven application, is a program that is still in development, and is published solely for testing purposes.

I understand that the test program is licensed "as is". BeVerified makes no, and hereby expressly disclaims all, warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise with respect to the software, including non-infringement and the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

I understand and agree that the Terms of Service and all legal documents are in full effect at time of testing.

I agree that BeVerified shall not be liable for any damages to me or any other party in connection with this beta program, whether arising out of contract or from tort, including loss of data, profits or business or other special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, even if BeVerified has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages. BeVerified's cumulative liability in connection with this beta program shall not exceed the license fee paid, if any, for use of this database and documentation. This section shall survive termination of this License.

I understand that the testing period may end at any time without notice.

Lenders you will not be required to submit any payment information at this time.

Borrowers, try out our free verifications services, create your own personal storage file .

Borrowers, you will retain the ability to access and update your files during and after this testing period.
